Position: Internal Labour Resource Coordinator

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Internal Labour Resource Coordinator to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently organizing labour resources for shutdowns and day-to-day operations, while also managing various labour, and recruitment tasks. This is a 100% office-based role.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Administer labour, and recruitment policies and procedures effectively.

  • Draft necessary documents and forms to support policies and procedures.

  • Manage and maintain personnel files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Oversee certification processes for engineers, ensuring all qualifications are up-to-date.

  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and recruitment agencies to coordinate labour requirements.

  • Conduct background and reference checks as per company and client requirements.

  • Maintain job descriptions for all permanent full-time and part-time employees.

  • Prepare onboarding documents and facilitate the smooth integration of new hires into the company.



Requirements:




  • Proven experience in labour coordination, or related roles, preferably within the engineering or industrial sector.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with relevant labour regulations and best practices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
