The role of Internal Communications:
This is a newly created role to develop and implement an internal communications strategy. You will have the autonomy to drive communication within the organisation, cultivate engagement, alignment, and a community feeling amongst employees.
Reporting to Senior Marketing Manager
Working closely with internal teams such as HR
Support internal community groups.
Internal magazine
PowerPoint presentations
Manage internal communications platform
Internal communications messaging
Consistent and timely communication of important company information
Driving a positive culture across two sites
Serve as an advocate for the employee
Working closely with PR on socials

manufacturing/construction.

Job Requirements for Internal Communications:
Engaging a variety of employees.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Crafting and delivering key messages and core culture
Proven experience in effective internal communications strategy
Able to build strong relationships
The Benefits of this Internal Communications:
£30000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)
