We're looking for an experienced internal communications specialist to join our team and lead our internal communications and engagement efforts. With approximately 650 employees spread across 20 countries, including 210 in the UK and others across Africa, Asia-Pacific, Eurasia, the Americas, and the Caribbean, we're seeking someone who can help improve organizational knowledge, foster learning, and cultivate a culture that maximizes our impact.
In this role, you'll play a crucial part in implementing our new 2030 strategy aimed at protecting threatened species and habitats worldwide. With your substantial experience in internal communications, you'll develop effective strategies and initiatives to engage our diverse workforce, enabling staff across different countries, cultures, and functions to participate in internal communications.
You'll thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, where adaptability and responsiveness to changing organizational needs are essential.
