Location: London - hybrid (3 days in office)
This is an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Manager to take the next step in their career by joining a growing team in a global Real Estate business
Working as part of the Communications team, you will play a key role in developing the internal communications strategy to drive employee engagement across different business units
Key responsibilities:
Work with senior management and communications team to drive internal communications strategy
Drive engagement for internal events such as town halls and major business updates
Use research and analysis to feedback to the business on campaign effectiveness
Work with business unit leaders to ensure clear messaging and in line with overall strategy
Key skills & experience:
Experience in a professional services/real estate/financial services business
3+ years experience in Internal Communications roles
Proven experience working with senior management to develop internal messaging
