Organise company-wide Town Halls (virtual) and support the organisation of in-person events, such as company conferences and end of year events.
Help employees understand the organisation’s position as a listed business, translating financial results, materials into accessible communications that engage employees and shareholders
Exceptional writing and editing skills - flawless spelling and grammar are essential for success in this role.
Experience partnering with senior leaders on internal communications. Confidence in pitching ideas, collaborating with and influencing senior management is key.
Experience reporting on internal communications.
Genuine passion for people’s experience of company culture.
Project management skills.
