Internal Communications Lead - London - £80,000 - £90,000 (Pro rata)
6 Month Contract
Our international client is seeking a dynamic and driven Internal Communications Lead to join their team in London. The company is entering an exciting new phase of their strategy, as the Internal Communications Lead, you will be instrumental in developing and executing the internal communications strategy, playing a pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive environment.
As the Internal Communications Lead you will:
Develop and implement internal communications strategies.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan and deliver impactful communication programs.
Provide support to the new CEO.
Lead the creation and delivery of innovative internal communication campaigns.
Manage multiple project simultaneously, demonstrating excellent organisational skills and attention to detail,
Write and edit engaging content for various internal communication channels.
Utilise internal social channels effectively to facilitate communication channels and engagement.
Work independently, under pressure, and to tight deadlines maintaining a proactive and positive approach.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in internal communications, with proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for crafting engaging copy.
Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with senior leaders.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
