Job Description You'll support delivery of the internal audit plan (approved at the Group Audit Committee) and help develop leading audit practices across the business.You'll deliver allocated elements of the internal audit plan - from supporting in the design of audit Scope/ Terms of Reference, to planning the fieldwork (developing the questions and interviewing key stakeholders), to writing up the fieldwork in a concise manner, to developing a set of recommended actions and agreeing them with the key stakeholders, to chasing the evidence for action closure.You'll also peer review reports written by other members of the team to ensure they are easy to understand, are clear on what the findings are, and testing/challenging whether the actions will reduce the identified risks or realise the identified opportunities.You'll be expected to network with peers from other businesses.You'll also support projects related to both Risk Management and Internal Audit The Successful Applicant The successful candidate should have:A formal accounting/auditing qualification.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
