Job Description * Building relationships with Stakeholders, being a credible partner in helping to introduce an Internal audit program into the organisation.* Communicating the strategy to senior leadership and gain sponsorship for your proposals through consultation and effective communication.* Being able to concisely report back findings clearly and factual, setting out recommendations for improvement.* Prioritising your own agenda and inputting into a three lines of defence model.* Counselling the Internal BAU teams so they can perform controls effectively and make necessary changes.
The Successful Applicant A successful Internal Auditor should have:Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIA).Proven experience in an audit role, Internal or External.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.A high level of integrity and reliability.Knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
