Internal Account Manager Required: Prospero Integrated have just taken on a brand-new vacancy with one of our key clients for an Internal Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Sales Team with small / BAU sales requirements; understanding and developing these requirements, producing and submitting quotes, and progressing through to a PO.
- The Sales Team will provide your workload, including but limited to; clients to contact, requirements to qualify, scopes to develop, quotes to produce etc.
- Taking sales leads from the Service Team and Help Desk, working them through to quotes and POs.
- Working closely with the on-site FM teams, to provide sales support and client relationship management/development.
- Working with the Business Development Team for general client activities, demonstration days, promotions, marketing campaigns etc.
- Developing relationships with Clients over time, to provide them with dedicated sales support.
- Working closely with your colleagues to develop and grow your knowledge of AV, with a view to take on increasing responsibility, and become self-sufficient as soon as possible.
- Managing client data.
- Updating client records within CRM.
