Due to continued success and rapid expansion plans, a head office location of a market leading manufacturing company has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Account Manager to join them. You will provide account administration support to their customers across the UK:

• Processing customer orders from email, onto in-house system, cross checking order requirements and current stock levels.
• Liaising with Production re planning requirements
• Arranging order collections via couriers, advising customer of ETA, and advising of any unforeseen delays
• Ensuring all relevant paperwork is correct and present for the warehouse team to be able to despatch the order
• Raising and distributing quotations to both existing and prospect customers, following up on quotation in advised lead time
• Forecasting and prompting customers on repeat orders, highlighting to customers production lead times, so expectations are set
• First line management of customer complaints, raising internal investigations and updating customers on progress

We would expect the successful Internal Account Manager to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft office, be an excellent communicator and have a friendly, professional and positive manner to be able to build strong supplier relationships. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with company processes and procedures.

You will be joining the Head Office of a company that has been established for over 60 years, and has an enviable reputation in their manufacturing field. Working directory with the Customer Service Manager, this roles offers variety on a daily basis.
