Department: Lighting, Fire & Safety (LFS) Sales TeamLocation: Petersfield, HampshireReports To: Internal Operations ManagerAbout the role:Working as part of our Internal Sales and Customer Service Team, delivering an excellent level of customer serviceTaking inbound calls, around 15-20 a day, from our customers within the Electrical Wholesale IndustryGenerating quotes, advising of lead times and following upDealing with general email enquiriesProcessing orders to a high level of accuracyWorking with the External Area Sales Managers to ensure we provide a great service to the customersDeveloping relationships with existing customers to maximise revenueWhat are we looking for:Great customer service skillsStrong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlinesExcellent attendance recordGreat communication skills across multiple channelsA problem solver who takes ownership of enquiries and challengesA go getter with the ability to motivate themselvesGood IT skills with a working knowledge of MS Office desirableAbility to work well in a team, as well as independentlyOther Information:HOURS: Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 4pm with 1 hour lunch each day (39 hours week)HOLIDAY: 25 days holiday plus 8 days Bank Holiday (3 days must be kept back for Christmas shutdown)EMPOLYEE BENEFIT: Access to employee support programmeDEVELOPMENT: Opportunity to develop professional skillsets with various courses availableThe successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary, access to the company’s profit share scheme and a company pension.
