We are seeking a dynamic Internal Account Development Executive to join our team and take charge of our SME portfolio of account customers. This role is crucial in ensuring strong, profitable revenue generation and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Role Overview:
As an Internal Account Development Executive, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our SME account customers, focusing on revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Working closely with our National Sales Team and various departments, you will play a key role in ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and customer expectations are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop existing customer accounts to identify opportunities for increased rental volumes
Meet individual/team revenue targets and KPIs
Collaborate with customers to negotiate and reactivate lapsed accounts
Ensure accuracy in documenting customer requirements through our internal system
Demonstrate a strong understanding of our business model to effectively communicate key decisions
Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline account setup processes within agreed timelines
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth
Support the National Sales Team in addressing customer needs and contributing to ad hoc projects
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong negotiation abilities with a customer-focused approach
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Business acumen and attention to detail in handling customer documentation
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales
