Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

We have a fantastic opportunity for an intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor based just outside of Guildford. The contractor is renowned for the high quality of projects they deliver, undertaking projects across the education, commercial, healthcare and student accommodation sectors with projects typically valuing up to £25mil.The contractor is privately owned and has been established for over a century building a reputation for how they treat their team and have a history of lonegvity with their employees. They're now looking to bring an Additional Intermediate Quantity Surveyor into the team to work alongside an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. They're looking for someone to work on a new build healthcare project in Farnham valuing circa £10mil. This would be the perfect opportunity for an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor who's looking for a challenge or a Graduate Quantity Surveyor who's looking to join a business to support them through the start of their career. They're offering a starting salary of up to £45k (dependent on experience) + Package.
