Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

We have an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable main contractor based in Southampton. The business undertakes interesting projects across various sectors, including residential, leisure and care typically valuing up to �25mil. Project pipeline is super diverse and will provide an opportunity to work on a range of projects which aren't typically undertaken by the big tier 1 main contractors.

As their workload is picking up, they are now looking to expand their commercial team, bringing in an additional Intermediate Quantity Surveyor into the team. As Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will be working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor on various projects to deal with procurement, managing sub-contract packages dealing with variations / valuations that arise.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a business with a strong pipeline of local work and plenty of opportunity for progression within the business. In return, they will receive a salary of up to �40k + Package.
