Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

New role available for an intermediate Quantity Surveyor looking for a new position in Leeds.
Very much a role which can offer you career development and job satisfaction, this position is with a thriving Consultancy who have been operating in the Yorkshire market for over 20 years having built their name up to one of the leading go-to Consultancies offering a multitude of services in project management, quantity surveying, CDM advisory and Employers Agent work on mixed range of construction new build and refurb schemes.
You will be partnering and assisting the Associate Director QS on numerous tasks which in return aid you in your progression through your APC to become MRICS Chartered.
This particular will see you oversee several housing developments they have ongoing as this has been their strongest and most exciting sector for a while now.
Ideally, they're keen to speak with Quantity Surveyors who already have a few years post degree experience who have been exposed to offering any format of Employers Agent services working through their APC.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and cohesively as part of a team
• The ability to deal/face Clients of all levels and general BD knowledge
• Professional presentation, attention to detail and flexibility within all work matters.
• Offering Pre & Post Contract services - Final Accounts/BOQ's/measurements etc
• Project Management/Employer Agent Services/ on-site travel & inspections.
• Degree qualified (ideally in Quantity surveying or a RICS accredited at least)
• Previous experience working within a construction environment
