We have an opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join an established contractor on an exciting project in Portsmouth. The contractor carries out works across the high end residential, hotel and care home sectors with projects that value up to �30mil. They are in a strong financial position with a healthy pipeline of work on the South Coast.

The business is looking to bring an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join the team to work on a complex residential scheme in Portsmouth, valuing circa �25mil. The project is going live in Q1 of 2024 and will run for circa 24 months.

As Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will be reporting into the Commercial Lead on the project, taking responsibility for various packages of works.
