Intermediate Project Manager

What will you be doing:You will be working on a mixture of PBSA, Co-living and Build to Rent developments, with a highly experienced team giving you the opportunity to progress your career and be a part of a fast-growing, dynamic consultancy. You will provide Project Management advice to our clients, helping them to deliver their projects from inception to completion.Who we are looking for:A degree in a construction-related discipline is essential.Chartership beneficialTeam playerA minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, ideally within residential, PBSA, build-to-rent or co-living sectors.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive consensus and resolve conflicts.Experience as an Employees Agent, leading delivery of projects, overseeing construction and activities and ensuring compliance with contracts.What we offer you:We will provide you with a friendly, flexible and creative environment to develop your skills and progress your career.
