Interior Architect

RID Group has an opening for an interior architect to join its firm in London.We are a boutique interior design studio based in North East London. Specializing in both residential and commercial projects, our small but dynamic team is dedicated to crafting spaces that blend creativity with functionality. From concept to completion, we take pride in our commitment to delivering exceptional design solutions tailored to each client’s unique vision.Working as part of our architectural team, your duties will include:Taking full detailed surveys of existing buildingsDesign and draw construction plansFF&E detailed drawingsBasic Knowledge in planning permissionPast experience in residential and commercial projectsStrong technical detailing abilities to produce construction drawingsAdvanced skills in 2D presentation of plansProficiency in ArchiCAD / Enscape or willingness to learn the softwareFluent written and spoken EnglishHard-working, responsible, able to work under pressureExperience and knowledge of building regulationsAdvantage:Knowledge of AutoCADGood skills in 3D presentation – SketchUp/3ds MaxWhat we offerThe studio provides a competitive salary for the right candidate (based on experience) with 28 days paid holiday per year.We value work-life balance and our working hours are from 9am to 5pm with half an hour paid lunch break.
