Interim Workforce Planning Lead

Job DescriptionInterim Workforce Planning Lead (Day Rate £500-£750 per day Outside IR35)We are currently partnering with a leading privately backed organisation in their search for an Interim Workforce Planning Lead. The role will run for an initial 6-12 month period with the possibility of the position being made permanent after this time. Hybrid working with two days per week in the office. Our client is currently going through a business wide transformation programme. They are looking for this individual to assess the current workforce and support the identification, implementation and embedding of effective workforce planning tools. This person will work closely with the Head of HR to ensure that the right talent is in the right areas of the business, identify areas where external support is required and identify issues in the current workforce. The ideal candidate will:Have a good depth of experience within Workforce Planning Be autonomous and be able to work at paceHave worked in a highly regulated environment Have experience carrying out workforce planning during or on the back of large transformation programmes Be available to start and hit the ground running at short notice This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading business during an exciting period of change.
