Interim Talent & Organisational Development Associate (Fixed Term)

As an Interim Talent & Organisational Development Associate starting now through to January 2025 at our London location, you will play a vital role!Your responsibilities:You are responsible for the successful implementation of selected programs at different seniority levels across the organisation, such as: for early career professionals, new managers and female talent. You are also responsible for the project management of those selected programs. This includes budget control, organisation and successful delivery of the primarily online (MS Teams) hosted trainings. You will maintain close relationships with internal clients and external providers to analyse needs, challenges and opportunities in order to continuously improve PATRIZIA's program calendar. You will support the company’s employer branding strategy by writing compelling copy and/or creating video assets for internal and/or external use. As part of the Talent & OD team, you will support the day-to-day business and work closely with the entire HR team.Your profile:You have previous experience in HR and people development, esp. with organising and facilitating development programs.You are confident in presenting and facilitating group discussions.You have strong writing skills. Ideally also confident with video editing and presentation design.You find it easy to quickly familiarise yourself with new tasks.You appreciate working in an international company. You show a high level of self-initiative and are reliable.You have excellent MS Office skills.
