Job Description An Interim Senior HR Advisor to:- Support on the full employee lifecycle- Support on day to day HR activity- Support on ER casework- Support on Recruitment activity- Work closely with managers to provide advice and guidance on best practice- Upskill managers to prevent escalation - Support in the rebuild of the HR function, including digitisation and creation of policies / processes- Other responsibilities TBC
The Successful Applicant A Interim Senior HR Advisor with:- Experience working in a fast paced environment- Experience working in a complex organisation- Immediately Available- A wealth of HR Experience and knowledge- Trade Union experience desirable
