Irwin & Colton has been engaged on a new opportunity to recruit for a well-established Property Management company across Buckinghamshire. The position they are looking to bring onboard is an Interim Senior Health & Safety Manager to work alongside the existing Health and Safety team and, to drive a positive health and safety culture and provide support across the organisation.

Responsibilities of the Interim Senior Health & Safety Manager will include:

• Leading on the development and maintenance of the health and safety management systems, policies, procedures, and safety accreditations.
• Co-ordinate and communicate health and safety activities and training across the business for colleagues at all levels
• Leading a small team and ensuring that compliance is maintained across the function
• Accurately analysing and reporting on health and safety performance and communicating this across the organisation

The successful Interim Senior Health & Safety Manager will have:

• Proven health and safety experience within the wider property space, ideally within social housing or facilities management
• NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and relevant membership of IOSH
• Good communications skills and a positive and pragmatic attitude to problem solving within Health and Safety
• The candidate must have a driving licence, and vehicle for this position
