Interim Property Manager

A property company in central is looking for a Property Manager to join the team.

They need someone with enough experience to get in and get going straight away.

They would like someone for a short stint of 3 or 4 months whilst they wait for a permanent member of staff to start.

Some of the duties will include:

- Progressing tenant applications for assignments and sub-lettings.

- Working with the team in the preparation of annual service charge budgets to include the preparation of explanatory notes to be issued to the tenants.

- Overseeing the day-to-day management undertaken by on site Staff.

- Working with accounts to ensure recovery of rent and service charge arrears

- Working with the team to showcase vacant units in order to secure new tenants as quickly as possible.

The portfolio includes includes offices, industrial, retail, leisure, residential etc.
