Your new company I am very excited to be supporting an exclusive client of ours within the pharmaceutical world. This organisation is a leader in their field, based in Central London with a hybrid working model. This company has hired an amazing new Procurement Leader who you will work for, to manage procurement processes across a European cluster.Your new role In this Interim Procurement role, you will be responsible for aligning your cluster region with global strategies and policies and identifying new opportunities across the procurement landscape. This role will focus on a range of indirect categories such as HR, marketing, FM, IT. There will be no exposure to direct and raw materials, so industry background is flexible here. You will be competent at building relationships with your stakeholders and suppliers in order to gain maximum benefit from your supply base in terms of cost and value added.What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will ideally work in an international environment with a focus on business partnering rather than hard negotiation. You will have a number of years of experience within indirect procurement and will have strong communication skills.What you'll get in return In return, you will have access to Hays worker retail discounts and online training courses.
