Interim Private Sector Housing Manager

Sharper Consulting Services is currently recruiting on behalf of our client in the South West of England in their search�for an Interim Private Sector Housing Manager�on a 3-6 month basis.

As the interim Manager, you will manage�the day-to-day running of the council's Private Sector Housing Team including; HMO inspection and licensing, and responding to service requests regarding private landlords and rogue landlords.

About you

• Experience managing and leading a team in a local authority setting


• Substantial track record of working in a councils Private Sector Housing/Housing Standards Team.


• BSc or MSc in Environmental Health or equivalent
