Interim Principal Estates Surveyor

INTERIM PRINCIPAL ESTATES SURVEYOR REQUIREDLONDONPark Avenue are working with a London Borough who require an Interim Principal Estates Surveyor on an initial 3 month contract. This is likely to be extended though!You'll be reporting to the Director of Property working towards their disposals target, and providing advice where possible on assets to dispose of for redevelopment or auction. You'll also be managing a small team of Estates Surveyors who are working through the backlog of rent reviews & lease renewals.They require you in the office 2 days per week, ideally on a Tuesday and Thursday. This can be flexible if you need it to be! MRICS is required, and Local Authority experience is desirable.
