Parker Young is supporting an iconic British brand in the identification of a National Account Manager/Customer Manager, for an important interim contract managing a key grocery multiple, food service and wholesale relationships. As Customer Manager, you will be responsible for the P&L and strategic leadership of the customer across the broad and strong branded portfolio.
The National Account Manager/Customer Manager is responsible for:
Customer KPIs: budget revenue, volume, profit, and forecasting.
Driving a growth mindset and personal growth.
Delivering best in class service, through engagement and cross functional collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.
Utilising category insight to drive competitive advantage for key customers.
Executing and negotiating external JBPs.
Including in commercial strategies market knowledge and trends.
Driving the businesss commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Providing a partnership approach with key customers.
Creating the commercial brand plan which will align with the businesss strategic objectives, category leadership and brand strategy.
