Interim Investor Relations Associate (3 Months), Mid-Market Private Equity Fund Attractive Salary Central London WW11079 The Opportunity: Finatal is working with one of Europe s most successful Mid-Market Private Equity firms that is looking for a motivated individual to join the Investor Relations team. The ideal candidate will have had valuable experience within investor relations, investment banking, consulting or a top accountancy firm. The Role: Responsible for supporting the IR team s fundraising programme and processes, including: Creation and maintenance of IR content and presentation materials, including fundraise data room and marketing documents Development and updating of periodic Investor communications & reports, working closely with Finance and Portfolio teams Investor request management and response Project-related and ad-hoc modelling, research and analysis to support ongoing improvement in Investor Relations function and output Peer group performance and market monitoring and analytics Market IR networking and best practice monitoring Requirements: Possess a strong understanding of Private Equity and its associated metrics from a relevant role in an adjacent or associated sector Be highly numerate and analytical, with an understanding of financial modelling Have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and be comfortable articulating investment narratives with visual and written copy Be organised, detailed, and accurate and able to work at pace to regular deadlines Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build trust internal relationships across multiple stakeholder
