Interim Human Resources Advisor

Our client based in South Oxfordshire require an interim HR Advisor to join their friendly HR team during an expected busy period of time over the summer months.
The team are looking to take on several HR projects over the next few months and also need to ensure the BAU HR service is still able to run well across the organisation which has approximately 300 employees.
You will be supporting the team with various duties but will mostly focus on managing employee relations case work and supporting the HR Business Partners with work around policies.
This is a great opportunity for a HR generalist who is available for a 12 week (could be longer) temporary position in South Oxfordshire, the team work in the office together 1 day per week and the rest of the week is flexible for you to decide if you are office or home based.
Candidates must have strong UK based HR experience dealing with employee relations case work and with strong working knowledge of current legislative changes and good HR practice to be considered for this post. Ideally you will be CIPD Level 5 or above and previous experience within a Public Sector organsiation would be highly desirable.
