Alexander Lloyd are supporting a large Professional Services firm on the recruitment on an HR Advisor on an initial 12m FTC. This is a great opportunity to join a top name in the professional services sector. A full HR Generalist Advisor with 3+years experience in the role, extensive knowledge of Employee Relations and a minimum of CIPD Level 5 qualified is ideally what we are looking for. This really is a full HR generalist role with all aspects of HR to get involved in with a keen eye for ER.
You will need:
3 years HR Advisor experience
Extensive ER Knowledge
CIPD qualified
Experience of Change management
A knowledge of restructures would be preferable.
Preferably from a large complex matrix organisation
This organisation offers a flexible Hybris working pattern of a 50/50 split between home and office working. They have multiple locations across the UK that this role can be based out of.
