Interim HR Partner

I'm looking to speak to immediately available interim HR Partners for a 8 Month FTC, starting asap. Candidates will ideally and have strong ER casework experience within a Manufacturing/FMCG environment. This is for an interim assignment until the end of the year, due to increased workload. Generalist HR experience managing complex case management and supporting HR projects.Excellent people management skills and the ability to approach issues with empathy and fairness.Knowledge of HR best practices and current regulations.Job Offer£50k - £55k FTC + Benefits. The role will be 3 days a week on site in Coleford, 2 days working from home. ASAP start - 8 month Interviews will be held via Teams this week
