Interim HR Consultant - Collective consultations, redundancy, TUPE - Immediate start - Banking3-4 month durationLondon HybridYour new companyAn international bank.Your new roleAs Interim HR Consultant you will manage collective consultations for redundancy as well as TUPE. You will advise and coach managers through the redundancy process, produce all correspondence, provide and guidance on SMCR.What you'll need to succeedCIPD qualified or equivalent, you will have experience of managing redundancy, restructure, change and TUPE within an international banking environment. You will have experience of SMCR.
