Interim HR Change Manager

We are supporting one of our large public sector customers during a period of HR change with the addition of an interim HR Manager for the next 6 months on a fixed term contract basis. This is a hybrid working role that will cover a few sites across the Thames Valley area and travel expenses will be paid to other sites that are not your home location.
You will be working with the HR Director and the wider HR team to deliver a restructure and redundancy process, manage complex ER cases and provide expert advice on these to senior directors. In addition to this, you will also be part of the team who are helping to prepare for an upcoming CQC inspection, so previous knowledge and understanding of the standards would be hugely advantageous.
We are looking for an available HR Professional who has experience in managing large and complex redundancy and restructures, ideally in the public sector in a unionised environment.
