HR Administrator - Interim Opportunity - Initially 3 months Location: Central Oxford (hybrid working available)Salary: £28-33,000 per annum/hourly equivalentBenefits: Extensive benefits including 38 days annual leave including Bank Holidays, exceptional pension scheme, flexible working, enhanced family-friendly policies. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to deliveringexceptional HR serviceand desires to make a significant impact in a diverse and international environment. Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of all personnel files.Handle HR queries: Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.Coordinate training sessions: Organise and schedule training programs for staff development.Assist with performance management: Support the HR Manager in the implementation of performance appraisal processes.Oversee leave management: Administer and track employee leave entitlements and usage.Contribute to policy development: Participate in the creation and revision of HR policies and procedures. Requirements:
Proven experience in an HR administrative role.Studying towards or hold a relevant HR qualification, CIPD for exampleStrong understanding of HR processes and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
