Full Job DescriptionHybrid or remote interim head of tax role for 9 to 12 months.Ourclient has changed their corporate structure and they are looking toappoint an interim head of tax to be the point of contact between thefinance team and their external tax advisors; to put in place the mostappropriate corporate tax structure and to provide a fullunderstanding and documentation for the internal finance team on thetax liabilities and the requirements for the corporate tax returns.This will include updating the documentation for the production of taxreturns, reviewing quarterly VAT returns and assessing any exemptions,reviewing R&D tax credits, being the point of contact for HMRC.Abackground in corporate tax in practice or industry would beappropriate.IPS Finance has 40 years experience in the Yorkshireaccountancy recruitment market.
