Interim Head of Tax

An Interim Head of Tax/ Tax Director is required for a 12 month FTC to start in the next 6 weeks. This is a fantastic opportunity spanning both compliance oversight and advisory for the UK and EMEA for a very reputable brand. You'll have management responsibility for a team of 3.Responsibilities include:Manage tax compliance for group entities in the UK and Internationally Oversee preparation and submission of UK CT returnsManage the tax audit process for the groupTake responsibility for preparing and submitting reports on Country by Country reporting, BEPS, and Diverted profits tax to HMRCProvide advice on international tax issues, transactions, transfer pricing and CIRLead efforts concerning withholding tax (WHT) and treaty-related issues and inquiries, alongside overseeing Transfer Pricing Review and recharges, and assessing the impact of BEPS 2.0.The organisation have a hybrid working model and offices are in West London. Salary circa £120,000 per annum + bonus + benefits.
