Interim Head Of Repairs

Elevate Projects are working on partnership with our client, a London based provider of affordable housing and registered social landlord, to appoint an experienced Interim Head of Repairs to lead the busy repairs service through a time of structural change within the organisation :• Support the review of a new repairs organisational structure and operating model.• Provide effective leadership to the Repairs Service with a headcount of c. 30 staff. To ensure that the procurement, quality and performance of contractors is at the highest standard for our residents.• Meaningfully engage with residents to improve services, reduce costs and develop neighbourhoods where people enjoy and want to live.• Create a culture of performance and budget management where there is a direct link between costs, excellent services and right first-time repairs.• Drive down the costs and increase satisfaction in the services provided.• Lead on the streamlining of business processes and systems across the repairs service, including digital to drive efficiencies in service delivery to residents
