About the Role
The role of the Head of Programme Planning (London Clients) is to be the lead between key clients and London delivery teams on the timely progression of students and apprentices through their employer sponsored programme.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the programme and scheduling for key clients, liaising between client and delivery teams in London.
Responsible for chairing the two weekly numbers review meeting and taking a close management of the numbers allocated to each course giving the ability to advise the delivery team on course quantity required with both a short-term and long-term view.
Maintain and update the Course, CBE and ISP numbers allocations for future intakes and existing intakes. Advise Head of Planning & scheduling on capacity planning and liaising with client team.
Management and creation of collateral and programme planners for London programmes, including apprenticeship pathway brochures and other key documentation such as intake planner templates.
Participate in quarterly review meetings and Spring scheduling meetings for key clients and London programme management meetings.
Have and maintain in depth knowledge of pathways for future and existing intakes.
Communication of course date changes and updates to all stakeholders and delivery teams.
Management of guidance on pathway adjustments and ongoing course bookings for apprenticeship programmes.
Assist CRMs and coaches with advising on more complex pathway options and programme re-planning, and additional tutor support for learners who need this.
Supporting the ongoing review of resource requirements for the delivery of courses and marking of mock exams through close monitoring of learner volumes and pathways.
Requirements
Essential:
Experience of delivering high quality programme management and client service and
Experience of the delivery of professional or higher education within employer-led programmes
Detail-orientated skills and problem solving attitude
Strong organisational and time management skills
A positive and solution focused attitude to work
Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
Desirable :
Experience in the commercial education industry and/or the accountancy and finance sector
Experience of working in cross-functional project teams with a variety of commercial and educational staff
Knowledge of accountancy qualifications and apprenticeship standards
Experience of team management
