Our mission is to deliver solutions which provide access to meaningful data on single platform, enabling users to make informed decisions on job sites.We are looking for an eager and ambitious Head of Product for a 9-month contract with the potential to become permanent.The role is hybrid with the expectation of being in the London office 1 to 2 times a week.As a Head of Product, you will:● Lead, develop and coach the product and design team across two geographies● Be the custodian of the MachineMax product roadmap, ensuring delivery by collaborating with design, engineering, data science, and key stakeholders● Work across all business units to gather product ideas which help to inform the next big idea● Prioritise important features systematically by considering the business impact, ROI, and other implications● Work with the Head of Engineering to balance new features, improvements, tech roadmap and support tickets to ensure a high velocity and a stable product● Ensure alignment with the product strategy, through enhancements to the existing product and new solutions, ensuring that we are consistently building the right products● Conduct planning, refinement, and stand-ups with the team; provide guidance and feedback to engineers and designers; ensure everyone is aligned● Communicate and evangelise the product vision internally and among the wider community● Become an expert in the MachineMax solutions and customer pain-points● Know your market inside out, including market trends and industry competitors● Maintain current knowledge of product data, operational, customer experience, and usageYour profile:● 4-5 years’ experience as a Head of Product● You have worked in a start-up or scale-up and are comfortable working in a changing environment with some immature processes● Experience developing and bringing to market software products and solutions for B2B● Previous knowledge of the construction, mining and/or telematics markets is desirable● Clear ability to successfully collaborate with and influence senior executives● You love solving problems and finding the best way to do so● You are comfortable working with tech teams across multiple geographies● You have experience with managing UX & Design and when necessary, you entrust designers with finding the right solution based on their research● You’ve taken ownership of the product discovery and delivery process before and worked as a self-directed member of the development team● You are a strategic thinker who can see the forest from the trees● You are proactive, quick thinking and strike to pioneer new techniques and approaches● You are passionate about technology and its ability to transform the industry● Flexible working between the office and home● Engagement and wellbeing eventsInterview Process:Introductory callVideo call interview - HR & Head of Product & DesignFace to face task based – Head of Product & Design, Product Manager, Chief Product OfficerMeet with CEOSalary dependant on experienceSeniority levelSeniority level Mid-Senior level Employment typeEmployment type Temporary Job functionJob function Product Management Industries Technology, Information and Media Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at MachineMax by 2xGet notified about new
