We are seeking a proactive and strategic thinker for an Interim Head of Procurement role within the Leisure and Hospitality industry, who will lead the Procurement & Supply Chain team for a well known food brand.

Description
- Lead, manage, and develop the Procurement function and team.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
- Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders for new menu launches
- Drive strong relationships with suppliers - food, beverages and services.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the company competitive.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.

Profile
A successful Interim Procurement role should have:
- A track record within F&B procurement for a leisure of hospitality brand
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong communication skills
- A passion for the food industry!
