Interim Head of Legal (Part Time)

Unique opportunity for an experienced Lawyer to join an industry leading consumer business on a initial 6 month fixed term contract, part time 3 days/week commencing by mid June.
There is potential for the role to extend for a further 3 months and an increase to 4 day/week over time may be required depending on workload.
Reporting to the General Counsel you will be responsible for:
managing a small team of lawyers
drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
advising on general legal matters from the business including employment law, IP and disputes
overseeing operational functions such as facilities, risk and ESG
working closely with senior management to assist in delivery of company objectives
instructing external counsel when required
supporting legal matters for the US operations
You will be 10+ years PQE as a guide with experience gained preferably in the corporate or commercial team of a reputable firm coupled with time spent in a similar role in-house. This is a hands-on varied role in a fast-paced environment.
