Job DescriptionInterQuest are currently working exclusively with a well established challenger bank seeking a Interim Head of Financial Crime Operations. This would be on a day rate contract (inside IR35) and based in Cardiff or the South coast with some flexible working circa 3 days in the office.The role would lead a team of managers and would be responsible for ensuring operational customer/business onboarding for the bank ensuring an excellent level of service is provided to their customers.Responsibilities would include- Managing the customer onboarding journey for the banks alongside process improvement- Work with other financial crime teams to ensure CDD and reviews are conducted to the correct standard.- Ensuring the bank are meeting KYC/KYB obligationsTo be considered you would need:- Extensive background leading large teams- Strong financial crime and KYC experience with an operational focus.Please click apply for consideration
