Job DescriptionProvide leadership and strategic direction to the Financial & Commercial Services team.Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports.Engage with stakeholders to ensure the financial viability of projects.Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and legislation.Identify and drive efficiency improvements within financial processes.Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.Represent the financial department in senior management meetings. The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Financial & Commercial Services should have:Degree in Finance/Accounting Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to develop and implement financial strategies.Working knowledge of financial legislation and regulations.
