Interim Group Head of Finance

Technology company is looking to appoint an interim Group Head of Finance for a 12-18 month maternity cover.Key Responsibilities:Reporting directly to & supporting the CFOManage a remote team of 3Review monthly management accounts for subsidiaries including all UK & European entitiesManage cash flow for the GroupManage payroll, VAT & taxes for the GroupManage audit for the GroupLead on commercial business partneringManage budgeting, forecasting & monthly variance analysisSuitable candidates will be able to demonstrate:Good experience of working within SME organisations & PE experience is highly desirableStrong excel, netsuite experience is is essentialExperience of UK taxes & group VAT returnsPreparation of full management accounts, budgeting, forecasting & variance analysisExperience of managing a small finance team as well as integrating with colleagues in other European entitiesBasic multi national consolidationsManagement of group auditsTechnical accounting around due diligence & acquisitionsThis role is to commence ASAP (latest in May) & will be hired on a fixed term contract basis as it falls inside IR35 scope. The role is almost fully remote with a day in one of the UK sites each month, most likely London.
