Interim Group Financial Controller

Large international B2B group are looking to hire an Interim Group Financial Controller for a 12 month period. The role will report to the Group CFO and can be delivered mainly remotely, ideally with 1 day per week spent in their Surrey head office. Key Responsibilities: Oversee group finance team responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting Lead the annual statutory accounting and group audit process, liaising effectively with external auditors Support any M&A transactions throughout the year along with the effective accounting for these Deliver ad-hoc analysis as required by the CFO and other senior stakeholders Candidate Profile: Qualified Accountant Experienced Group Financial Controller, with background including large and complex businesses Knowledge and experience of financial reporting requirements in private equity and/or PLC listed groups, reporting under IFRS Well-developed and proven interpersonal and communication skills Disclaimer: Eton Bridge Partners receives extensive applications to advertised opportunities, and as much as we endeavour to respond promptly to each application we would advise that if you have not received communication within 10 working days consider your application unsuccessful at this time.
