Interim Group Financial Accountant | Manchester (Hybrid 3 days in, 2 remote) | �250 - �350 per day (6 months) l Financial Services, digital, eCommerce

A high profile Financial Services, digital, eCommerce business is looking to appoint a Group Financial Accountant for a 6 month period to help with year end, some reconciliation, financial accounting and reporting work. Reporting directly into the GFC, the ideal candidate will be a proven qualified accountant likely to be from an ACA or ACCA Large practice Audit background. The business is going through an exciting period of transformation and change and there are other potential opportunities within the business to stem from this.

Key responsibilities

• Group Accounting
• IFRS9 / impairment work
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Assistance with year end
• Analysis
• Reporting
• Ad-hoc projects

Person profile

• Qualified accountant (preference for a large practice background)
• Post qualified experience in industry
• Excellent attention to detail, first class communication
• Ability to work autonomously
