Are you a skilled Fleet Manager with a passion for efficiency and safety? Vivo are seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee our clients vehicle fleet, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.

As a Fleet Manager, you'll play a crucial role in managing the lifecycle of the vehicles, from acquisition to disposal, while maintaining strong relationships with fleet providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Management: Oversee the purchase, maintenance, and disposal of company vehicles, ensuring cost-effectiveness and reliability.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with fleet providers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely service delivery.
Maintenance Oversight: Supervise vehicle maintenance and repairs, prioritising safety and efficiency to minimise downtime.
Data Analysis: Utilise data analysis tools to monitor vehicle costs, mileage, and fuel efficiency, preparing insightful reports to inform decision-making.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure fleet operations comply with regulations and safety standards, mitigating liability risks.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in fleet management, with a strong understanding of vehicle procurement, maintenance, and compliance.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
