About the client

Morgan Law is seeking an interim Financial Controller for a Charity in the London area.

Accountabilities

• Manage the finance team to ensure all transactions timely and accurately
• Use effective leadership to coach and guide your team
• Develop and maintain relationships with external clients/stakeholders
• Oversee financial policies and procedures, updating when necessary
• Ensure proactive cashflow management
• Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Oversee a team of 7 in AR/AP/Payroll

Candidate Requirements

• Professional accountancy qualification required
• Previous experience leading a finance team
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with Sage (50)
• Experience working in the NFP/Charity sector

• Immediately available for work
