London based Technology business are looking to hire an Interim Finance Operations Manager asap for a 6 month interim period, reporting to the Finance Leadership. The expectation is that the role could be delivered mainly remotely, with 1 day per week spent in their London office…preferably 2.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing
Lead timely collection of accounts receivables and enforce credit policies
Supervise payroll function, ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency of all transactional finance operations
Candidate Profile:
Qualified Accountant or equivalent
Experienced leader of Finance Operations departments
Deep understanding across all areas of transactional finance
Strong process improvement skills, combined with outstanding interpersonal skills
