The role is predominately remote based. Reporting into the Head of Accounting and Taxation, the role will involve month end consolidation, accounting for acquisitions and supporting the business with ad-hoc technical queries. Additionally, the year end audit to Group statutory accounts process will be a significant part of the role over Summer/Autumn. Day to day duties Assistance with the preparation of the month end and year end consolidationsIntercompany matrix reconciliationMonth end journal postingAssistance with accounting for acquisitionsPreparation of year end disclosure packsSupporting the Head of Accounting & Taxation with the year end audit and the preparation of the Group’s consolidated accountsAccounting for leases under IFRS16Preparation of statutory accounts for head office entitiesPerformance improvement initiatives What are we looking for?
